If you are reading this then I bet there was a time that your job kept getting tasks added without real guidance. You were expected to get all the work done.
Having went from the trades to management myself this transition was incredibly stressful and disappointing at times. I mean I was a competent trades man. I might even say very good and efficient. I guess that is why they asked me to do more, manage more, ACCOMPLISH more. But they didn’t really explain how.
