Knowledge is rarely passed on from one generation to another in the home anymore. What used to be the Man’s responsibility to share book knowledge has diminished.
As fathers, businessmen, partners, our strength may appear to be in out pyshical strength but I would argue the real power comes from our knowledge. There is only one way to gain this - reading, and experience. So there are only two ways.
This section will be filled with the business leading books that have pushed me to raise my game in my career path. Yes education past highschool is important. I’m a firm believer in post-secondary education. The real value of these opportunities is within the person taking the courses. The rest of the education happens in the deep dives afterwards. Where you seperate those just skirting by to say they are smart and those that are digging deep and becoming leaders.
